Join us for the MainStreet Wheels 4 Meals Car Show on September 14, 2024! Enjoy classic cars, music, and other fun activities while supporting the Meals on Wheels mission to provide meals and important socialization for those in need!

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming MainStreet Wheels 4 Meals Car Show, a community event that promises a fantastic day of fun, entertainment, and giving back. Scheduled for Saturday, September 14 from 9 am to 2 pm in Berthoud, this event is an excellent opportunity to enjoy classic cars, fun music, delicious food, and more - all while supporting the vital work of Meals on Wheels!

Event highlights
classic car show:
The centerpiece of this event will be the stunning display of classic cars. Car enthusiasts will have the chance to admire a variety of vintage and custom vehicles. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite car in the People’s Choice competition using donation dollars, adding an exciting twist to the event while raising funds for Meals on Wheels.

Music:
The event will feature fun and upbeat music from a local DJ, creating a festive atmosphere for all attendees. Enjoy a mix of genres that will keep you entertained throughout the day.
local vendors:
Stroll through the market area where local vendors will showcase their unique products. From handmade crafts to locally sourced goods, there will be something for everyone to enjoy!
food trucks and beverage garden:
Satisfy your taste buds with a visit to one of the food trucks that will offer a range of delicious options! Whether you’re in the mood for gourmet meals or quick snacks, you’ll find plenty to choose from. Additionally, the beverage garden will offer a variety of refreshing drinks for you to enjoy!
fundraising activities:
Make plans to engage in various fundraising activities designed to support Meals on Wheels. Your participation in activities like the 50-50 Drawing will directly contribute to the Meals on Wheels mission of delivering nutritious meals to those in need.

The MainStreet Wheels 4 Meals Car show is more than just an event - it’s a wonderful way to build a stronger presence in Berthoud, where we’ve seen a growing need for Meals on Wheels services. All proceeds from this car show, including the $25 registration fee for cars, will go towards supporting Meals on Wheels clients and programs.

car registration:
Have a classic car you’d like to show off? Register your vehicle for just $25 and be a part of the action. Register your pride and joy here.
Showcase your craft:
Sign up to sell goods and services as a Wheels 4 Meals Vendor. $25 will reserve your 10x10 booth space, complete with a table and two chairs. Find more information about becoming a vendor here. (Vendor reservations can follow the same link as Car Registrations).
volunteer:
An event of this size needs many hands to ensure success! There are opportunities to help with set up on Friday, September 13, as well as in the morning before the event opens up. There are also opportunities to help during the event with Check-In, Info Booth, Beverage Service, and selling 50-50 tickets. Please reach out to Carrie if you’re interested in helping out!

This event is FREE to attend, so bring your family and friends for a day of fun and community spirit!
