Our Meals on 4th Event is not just any fundraiser - it’s a celebration of community, connection, and this year, a showcase for the vital role that socialization plays in everyone’s lives - especially our homebound and aging adults. By joining our Meals on 4th Event Committee, you’ll be directly involved in planning and executing one of the most anticipated Loveland community events! Your involvement will help ensure that the event is not only a success but also a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Committee members will cover various roles - from sponsor and partner procurement to budgeting, logistics, and more. It’s a chance to apply your skills where they are most needed. Serving on this committee will help make a difference - not only at the event, but in the lives of people we serve.
Becoming a Sponsor: A Level for Everyone
Our Meals on 4th sponsors are the backbone and driving force behind this event. They ensure that the Meals on Wheels mission of nourishing and enriching the lives of our community’s homebound and aging population continues and remains strong.
We offer a range of sponsorship levels to fit every interest and budget:
Presenting Sponsor ($10,000) - One Available: As the pinnacle of support, our PResenting Sponsor will receive premier recognition throughout the event, including prominent logo placement, mentions in all event-related press releases, social media, and an opportunity to have branded items at the event.
Table Sponsors ($3000) - Unlimited: Sponsor a table for you and seven guests (8 total), and be recognized for your generous support with logo placement at the table, mentions in event materials and from the stage, and social media recognition.
Half-Table Sponsors ($1500) - Unlimited: This level is perfect for smaller businesses or groups, this level includes recognition on event materials, social media, and from the stage at the event.
Item Sponsors:
Stage Sponsor ($3500) - One Available: Your business name and logo will be prominently displayed on the stage, visible to all event attendees. This sponsorship will also come with a half-table, as well as social media mentions and in-person event recognition.
Barricade Sponsor ($3500) - One Available: Sponsor the event barricades for exclusive branding opportunities including the opportunity to hang banners or branded materials around the event, visible to all attendees. This sponsorship also includes 4 tickets (half-table) for the event.
Course Sponsor ($1000) - Multiple Available: Each course sponsor will have the opportunity to be associated with a specific meal course, with special recognition given during the course presentation, an opportunity to speak from the stage, as well as social media mentions, and 2 tickets to the event.
