Meals on 4th COVID-19 Procedures

We are taking COVID-19 seriously. Safety for our event team and guests is our priority. We are following all of the Larimer County COVID-19 business guidelines, and are going beyond their requirements to make this a safe and fun event for all.


REGISTRATION

All registrations must be made online in advance. Registration cut off is June 11th at 6pm. This ensures proper contact tracing per CDC recommendations.


EVENT SIZE

The 2021 Meals on 4th event will be capped at 200 to limit number of people who gather together at one time. While the State of Colorado does not have a cap on number of people who gather outdoors, we are capping registration numbers for enhanced safety purposes.


EVENT STAFFING

This event will be properly staffed by event leads and volunteers who are attending planning meetings in advance. They have received training materials that include COVID safety measures for event guests.


MASKS

While masks are not required outdoors, we support all comfort levels of mask wearing by guests and staff.


CLEANING/SANITIZER

All surfaces will be regularly cleaned. Sanitizer will be amply provided throughout all event locations.


FOOD

All food will be prepared by local restaurants who are following health and safety practices set forth by the FDA and CDC.

The health and safety of you, your family, and our event team and volunteers are extremely important. Please follow all state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19. We are keeping up to date on all law changes and how they affect events.
